Refund policy
As much as we admire Amazon's shipping policies, they are just not possible for a small business like ours. Please make sure you order the correct item and size as we can not cover shipping for returns. Call our store at 949-287-6283 during business hours if you have any questions about the item you're purchasing.
If you would like to return an online purchase for a refund, you may do so by mailing the item back to our store at 213 Marine Ave, Newport Beach, CA 92662. When we receive the item back in store, we can process your return. Please call the store or email us at balboasurfnstyle@gmail.com to let us know to look out for the item. TO REITERATE: We will NOT be refunding the shipping amount, only the amount paid for the item.
**Items must be in original condition, with tags, and can not have any damage, including odor.
Items held longer than 30 days past the date of receiving may not be returned. If you haven't received an item within a week or two of purchasing, please call us so we can check the tracking. Most delivery companies have expiration dates for tracking numbers so if you wait too long, the items cannot be tracked.
