Shipping policy

  • If Product arrives damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at balboasurfnstyle@gmail.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as carriers may require a physical inspection to process the claim.
  • DHL Not delivered (Lost): If your package has not arrived within 20 days from the date of shipment, please contact us at balboasurfnstyle@gmail.com immediately. Please note that BSS will not be liable for any lost/damaged claim after 30 days from the date DHL accepted your shipment.
  • Customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.
